Yoga Retreat with Erin to Baja California Sur, Mexico
Join Erin Teague and friend (and teacher) Elizabeth Neuse for this amazing opportunity to deepen your practice while under the sun in a gorgeous setting. The retreat theme is “Living Yoga” — or how to incorporate yoga into your everyday life. The retreat is open to all levels.
The dates are February 6 to February 12, 2010 (Saturday to Friday) and we’ll be staying at the brand new, beautiful Prana Del Mar in Baja California Sur, Mexico (near Cabo San Lucas). We will start with a class on Saturday evening upon arrival and then officially begin Sunday monring. We will have yoga sessions twice daily and lots of free time to explore and relax. The cost is $1,650 per person, but $1,450 per person if you bring a friend. Included are: 3 vegetarian meals per day, lodging, and all yoga. In other words, everything but airfare — which is around $450 right now to Cabo San Lucas.
