6 week Beginners Workshop
This six week workshop is ideal for brand-new to more-experienced beginners. Each week will focus on a different topic including: linking breath and movement, standing poses, backbending, twists, inversions and a breakdown of sun salutations.
Yoga isn’t about touching your toes, it’s about uniting your body, heart and mind and finding lightness and peace in yourself. The goal of the workshop will be to gain a better understanding of alignment and obtain the knowledge and support to transform your practice.
Each week Keri will teach the elements of breathing (pranayama), anatomy and yoga philosophy. Keri’s good humor will allow you to access yoga in a comfortable light hearted manner, allowing for the foundations of a solid, safe and committed yoga practice.
Sundays at 3:15pm-4:25pm
